The Role:
Will involve answering directory enquiries calls for the Irish and European markets using English, German and French.
You will provide a friendly and positive telephone experience and create a positive image of the company through your role as the first point of contact with customers. You will also add value to your team environment by being enthusiastic and maintaining a positive attitude. You will also achieve all team and personal performance goals as defined by the company.
The Person:
An in-depth knowledge of European geography is required.
Salary:
Salary offered is up to ?25,107 inclusive of bonus. A shift allowance for any weekend hours worked also applies. VHI and gym membership deduction also applies.
